Just came in on 2/9. She needs to settle into her foster home before you can meet her but apply now if interested and want to hear details as we learn them!
Some kind of pointer/spaniel mixed with a dachshund is our best guess. Between ages 6-8 months old. Currently 17lbs.
Remi is an absolute sweetheart and energetic little thing. She is shy at first but once she gets to know you after a few hours she is all about snuggles and play time. She loves to sit in your lap and give you kisses. She is an energetic little lady but still a little scared of going for walks so her foster mom is getting her energy out by training and playing in the yard. She is doing pretty well on her leash, crate, and house training so far!
She lives with 2 big dogs and a cat! She is a little scared of big dogs at first (can you blame her she's tiny!) but once she goes for a walk and realizes they aren't going to squish he she does great with them! She LOVES dogs her size! She does want to play with the cat in the home at times still so will do best with more confident cats in the home or an owner willing to keep her on leash until she learns not to chase.
She is a little timid of the world still so will need a patient home willing to give her the time and training she deserves over the next few months so that she can be the confident adult of your dreams! We haven't seen her with kids but guessing she will need older kids in the home since she can be a little noise shy.

- Fecal and 4dx testing
- other medical concerns addressed before adoption
- 2 Free one on one dog training sessions with a professional dog trainer
- Training received in foster home
- Basic things like some food, treats, leash and collar
- PDFs of training material and local coupons and dog sitter recommendations
