Meet BamBam & Gus! BamBam and Gus are a bonded pair of sweet small dogs who came to us as strays. When their owner was located, they were surrendered to our care as their family was no longer able to provide for them. Now, this loving duo is looking for a forever home together where they can continue to share their lives. BamBam is a petite terrier mix, born 10/21/2018. She is spayed and fully vetted, with a gentle and affectionate personality. Gus is a charming Shih Tzu, born 5/19/2013. He is neutered and fully vetted, and equally sweet and loving. Both BamBam and Gus are wonderful with children, enjoy human companionship, and have a close bond with one another—they truly thrive together. Their ideal home is one that can welcome both dogs, giving them the love and stability they deserve. If you have the love to give BamBam and Gus a forever home, please apply online at eastshoreha.org. Once your application is submitted and approved, our team will contact you to schedule a personal meet and greet. All dog visits are by appointment only—apply today! These two can’t wait to find a home where they can stay side by side, bringing double the love and joy to their lucky adopters!

Before You Adopt: Please consider these factors before filling out an application:
1. Animals are expensive to care for. They require food, shelter, toys, grooming, and veterinary health and dental care.
2. Animals require attention. You have to clean up after their messes, protect them from anything that might harm them, and make sure they get adequate play time and exercise. Some require training, which takes patience, love, and commitment.
Adopting a Friend: Adopter will fill out an application to start the adoption process. We don't adopt on a first come, first served basis, but instead adopt based on what we feel is in the animal's best interest. We DO NOT ship animals.
Adoption Requirements:
1. Have verifiable identification
2. Be at least 18 years of age
3. If renting, have landlords consent to bring a pet to your home
4. All adopted pets must be spayed or neutered
5. All pets must leave the shelter on a collar and leash, or in a pet carrier
6. Agree to all terms of the adoption contract; ESHA reserves the right to deny any application
