This helps Malinois and Dutch Shepherd Rescue, Inc. with pet care costs.
Ryder is a handsome, loyal Dutch Shepherd who likes nothing more than to be right by his person. He lives in a big city and has adapted very well to life in a hectic environment. He is environmentally stable, not at all concerned about the hustle and droves of people around him. But his favorite places are more open, such as a park or on the beach.
His favorite rewards are tugs, toys and treats. An active guy, he enjoys long walks, running beside his person's bike or romping around. And he has solid recall! He has a very good nose - nothing is more fun than searching for treats or toys that are hidden!
Ryder needs very slow introductions to new people - he can be reactive if rushed. He is muzzle trained and knows his basic commands including a solid "place." He has a preference for females, although a breed savvy and patience male owner would be fine. He does well with other dogs, but would also be perfectly happy just being the only dog in a quieter home.
Ryder is the perfect companion for a single person who is looking for their next best friend!
All MAD dogs come with a series 3 Fi Collar and a six-month subscription.
