My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Whatever you’re doing right now— STOP!!! And pet Kashi instead!!
-this has been a message from Kashi

Kashi has mastered two skills… love and love. Oh and did I mention love? From these skills branch numerous other abilities, such as The Plop. He climbs up on top of you so he can PLOP right down for cuddles and belly rubs (which will earn you giant purrs that seem way too big for such a little kitty).

He is an incredibly active cuddler and loyal boy, but since he comes from a traumatic background, these elite snuggle skills may be guarded at first. He will be shy while you prove you’re worthy, but once you earn his trust, he will more than make up for it with endless love, face pets, and unrivaled devotion.

Kashi is a package deal with his bestie brother— Eggo. Two kittens are always better than one, so if you think you can handle dangerously cute amounts of love, please inquire about this perfect duo.

More about this rescue

Chain of Hope is a passionate animal rescue organization committed to giving forgotten and neglected animals a second chance. We work every day to rescue those who are suffering, provide medical care and rehabilitation, and place them in loving forever homes.

We believe in breaking the cycle of neglect through education, outreach, and direct action. Whether it’s pulling a dog from the streets, helping a pet owner with resources, or speaking up for those who can’t, our mission is rooted in compassion and hope.
