My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animal Profile: Meet Tigger! Tigger is a 14 week's old, 6lb Spaniel mix puppy who along with his mother Roo joined us from Texas. Per his Texas foster mom, Tigger is a little fluffball, who loves to play and be cuddled and he is quite adorable and a character, who is  waiting for their ride to the PNW.

Foster Update: Tigger is a gem! He is smart and sweet and full of just the right amount of snuggles and spark.  He is doing well with potty training on a schedule and can already do a two mile walk with no problem. Tigger would like to have a dog buddy in his new home. He would like to play with my cats, but they aren't into it-- he has a hard time believing they don't love him and can be annoying. He has typical puppy energy and sharp little shark teeth so children under the age of 12 are not a good match. He enjoys a good snuggle session after a good amount of playtime and exercise. Tigger needs boundaries just like a big dog puppy would or he could become a little terror. He is smart and curious -- has adjusted pretty well to city noises and takes stairs like a champ. He is a good little guard dog and will alert bark to dogs or strangers walking by. He does get some tummy upset when riding in a car, but will likely outgrow it-- not feeding before a ride goes just fine. He has a great nose and would probably do great at activities like Barn Hunt. Tigger is looking for an active family who is dedicated to his training -- he is ready to learn everything you are ready to teach!
