MAUI JAY is a stocky Siamese Mix with chocolate point markings. He is very social with people but does not get along with other cats. He wants to be your one and only pet! MAUI is very inquisitive and will follow you around the house. He loves petting and attention. He is neutered , vaccinated and microchipped.
MAUI JAY is considered a special needs cat that currently requires Prescription gastro food. He has a condition that means he can't be in contact with other cats. MAUI would thrive in a home with experienced cat owner adults. He is engaging, energetic, and very deserving of a safe loving indoor only home.

Once the adoption application is received, a home visit will be set up. If that goes well and is approved, then a vet check is completed (if the applicant has recently owned an animal, if not, two professional references will be required). Once both of those are approved, then the adoption fee will need to be paid.

Most pets are in foster homes in Wilmington NC and can be met by appointment. Most of our adoptable cats are in homes in Hampstead NC and can be met by appointment.
