Hi! I’m Jessie, a young cat full of life and love. My days are filled with curiosity and play. I love exploring every corner and playing with my toys. When I’m not busy being adventurous, I enjoy cuddling and making new friends. I’m always ready for a fun game or a quiet moment together. I came to SCHS with my mother Josie, and siblings Johanna, Jayna and Jeremiah. We once lived outside on a farm but now love the indoor only, warm lifestyle! I would love to be adopted with my momma or a sibling if you are looking for 2 cats! Adopting me means endless fun and companionship. Let's make wonderful memories together!

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Cats (6 months of age and older): Prior to being placed for adoption, all cats, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for FeLV, microchipped, current on booster(s) and rabies vaccinations, de-wormed, flea treated, and checked/treated for ear mites.
SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Kittens (under 6 months of age): Prior to being placed for adoption, all kittens, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for FeLV, microchipped, current on booster vaccinations, de-wormed, flea treated, and checked/treated for ear mites.

We do adoptions through online listings on websites such as this one, as well as most Saturdays from 11am to 5pm at the PetSmart in Lexington at Hamburg-Pavilion! We also do adoptions at the SCHS Center in Georgetown in the Indian Acres Shopping Center.

At the center we provide information about our spay/neuter and education programs, volunteering opportunities, and spay/neuter vouchers to qualifying residents.
The center also houses some foster kitties through the year.
Our hours are: Monday through Friday, 12pm to 5:30pm
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. However, adoptions are often done on the weekend and evenings by appointment (with an approved application)
