My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lavendar is a 1½-year-old female dog with a bright personality and a charming presence. When she entered the shelter, she happily greeted everyone and quickly captured the attention of staff with her friendly nature. Lavendar enjoys human companionship on her own terms and is confident about communicating her needs-sometimes preferring treats or exploring over physical affection and politely shying away from touch when she's not in the mood. She appears to be selective with other dogs, so thoughtful introductions would be important. Lavendar would do best in a home that respects her boundaries, appreciates her independence, and enjoys getting to know a dog with a clear and expressive personality.
