My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello there, I`m Baxter. I may be a senior, but my heart is young and full of love. My days are spent exploring my surroundings, satiating my curious nature. I`m a bit shy at first, but give me a moment and my sweet, cuddly side will shine through. I`m a smart guy, always eager to learn new tricks and routines. I`m loyal, too. I`ve lived with a cat before and did well. I seem to do ok with calm, respectful dogs too. Children, however, can be a bit too much for me. I dream of a calm, peaceful home where my loyalty and love will be cherished. I may bark and howl when you leave, so an apartment might not be the best fit unless you’re ok with that. I don’t really enjoy my trips to the vet or groomer, but who does? If you`re looking for a devoted companion with a gentle soul, then I`m your guy. Let`s make each other`s lives a little brighter, shall we?
