Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ichigo has been through a lot in his 6 months. He was found as a sick, stray kitten and slowly nursed back to health in a shelter setting. Ichi wants nothing more than to love and be loved, he's just still working on his confidence to ask for it. Two days after arriving, Ichigo has become super lovey and loves to be carried around. he likes to reach his paws out to your shoulder and then be carried around. This boy is so sweet! If you would enjoy helping a kitten gain his confidence and help him become who he really is, Ichigo is your boy!

Adopting an animal is an exciting and important step for you and your family! Here is a brief outline of what to expect.
1. Come to our shelter and visit with the animals... come as many times as you like... you'll know when you've met "the one!"
2. Meet with an adoption counselor who will work with you to see if the animal you want can fit into your lifestyle, preferences, desires and expectations or if another would be a better match!
3. Complete the adoption paperwork and counseling session (this may take up to 45 minutes, so please be prepared to spend this time with an Adoption Counselor). You may also complete the adoption application online prior to coming to the shelter! Please note the application is an expression of interest and does guarantee animal placement.
4. Take your new best friend home!!
