Honey Bunny came to us in a group of 5 rescued rabbits, they seem to have not had much human interaction in the past, so they will need a home that is willing to work on socialization. Out of the group that came in, Honey Bunny is the most active and curious! She is a little nervous about being touched, and we are working on gaining her trust, though she is starting to understand that head pets are nice. She is a very large rabbit and will need plenty of space to run, roam and play!
Rabbits make wonderful companions, but they do require specialized care to thrive. We are located at 911 Critter Court in Onalaska (right behind the Gundersen Lutheran Clinic). Animal visitation hours are from 1:00pm - 4:00pm Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9-5p, Saturday and Sunday 1-5p.
