My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MEET SUGAR

4 months old | Female | Brittany Spaniel Mix | 20 lbs | Spayed

Sweet as her name and ready to find her forever family

Sugar is a lanky, slightly clumsy, absolutely adorable puppy who is figuring out this big world one toy at a time. She loves playing with her toys, happily chewing on a bone, and once she’s all tuckered out… she’ll climb right into your lap for snuggles.

She is:
Good with other dogs
Great with kids
Cats unknown (but she treated her foster’s chihuahua like a tiny roommate and politely left him alone!)
Crate trained at night and when her humans are gone
Doing great with potty training

Sugar is the perfect mix of playful puppy energy and cuddle bug sweetness. She’ll make you laugh with her goofy legs and then melt into you for love.

If you’re looking for a best friend with long legs and an even bigger heart… Sugar is your girl.

Apply today before this sweet treat is scooped up! (7)

More about this rescue

Buddy’s Second Chance Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 dog rescue organization and completely foster-based in the Western New York area. We pull dogs and puppies from high-kill rescues all over the country that are on lists to be euthanized. We place them in foster homes until they find their furever homes here in WNY. Every dog that is saved opens up room for another. So in essence two dogs lives are being saved!!
