My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Steve — our newest rescue pup 🐾

Steve’s story almost ended before it had a chance to begin.

He was found in the DFW area, dangerously close to being hit by a car. A Good Samaritan rushed him to the ER, hoping someone would come forward. No owner ever did. So we stepped in and Steve became ours.

Steve is about 1 year old, heartworm negative, and not yet neutered. He’s a sweet little lowrider with the kindest eyes and a gentle soul that makes you wonder how he ever ended up alone.

Despite the scare, Steve is pure love. He’s calm, affectionate, and so grateful for every soft touch and kind word. He’s not loud about it he just leans in and lets you know he’s happy to be safe.

Steve survived the streets.
Now he’s ready for what comes next.

A couch.
A routine.
A forever family to start the next chapter of his story.
