Airstream is an absolute doll. He gets a little hissy when he’s scared but don’t believe his tough guy act. He is so chill and he loves being pet and snuggling. He seems very chill around other cats. He’s met two of mine and he didn’t bat an eye. He is a very sweet kitty who would probably do best in a more quiet home. Airstream came from a campground where he lived peacefully with about 12 other cats, all who have found rescue placement or homes since we first got involved.
Meet Airstream by completing the adoption application or visiting her at The Thrift Hound, 234 New Leicester Hwy, during business hours starting Thu, 2/12. If you hope to take him out of his condo to visit or take him home the day you meet him, submit the online application and one of us to call you to approve your application and schedule a meet and greet. All cats are spayed/neutered, current on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, FELV/FIV tested, dewormed and started on monthly flea preventatives.
All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at pets@mpravl.org for more information.
Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
Mountain Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax deductible charity (EIN 82-3039637) located in Asheville, NC.
