Lady Bird is ready for freedom!!
This sweet, 5 year old, female Bichon spent the first part of her life in a puppy mill. She was used only for breeding and had never known love. Since being with us and completing our training program, she has a taste of the good life and is ready for more!
Lady Bird would do best in a quiet, patient home that gives her the space needed while she adjusts. She has come so far! But is still nervous in new situations. She is great with other dogs, would do fine cats, but would be best for an adult only home. The sudden movements and noise of children are a little overwhelming for her.
She has completed our training program and does great with her basic obedience, crate training, leash training and potty training.
Her ideal home would have another pup or two to show her the ropes, a fenced in backyard so she can safely explore, and owners who are committed to showing her the love she never knew.
She is spayed, microchipped, HW negative and fully vaccinated.

You must be willing to commute to the location that the pet is being fostered in order to be eligible to adopt. We do not ship our pets. We also require that you personally bring the pet back to us should the adoption not work out.
We do NOT negotiate adoption fees. All money goes to support our rescue operation. We are 100% volunteered based.
We require your current dog(s) to be current on vaccines and heartworm prevention.
