My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Apply to Adopt Me!

Meet Brandie, an approx. 6mo, 12lb. chihuahua mix. This sweet girl has had a rough life in her short years. She lived in a trailer that burned down, resulting in her and a several other dogs to then live in a broken down car. But now she's learning to live her best life! Brandie is very smart. She does appear housebroken, but will also use pee pads if needed. She gets along great with all people, other dogs, and even does well with cats. She enjoys playing with toys. But her favorite thing is getting cuddles from her person. Brandie is not a big barker, but may join in when other dogs are vocal. She does not walk on a harness/leash yet, and her adopter must be patient with her as she learns; she just freezes when on leash. For that reason, we are requiring a secure fenced yard for her. She is a young and moderately active girl, so a family who will be active with her would be best. If you live in the Central Florida/Orlando area and believe you have the perfect home for Brandie, complete and app and tell us more about you.

More about this rescue

We are a small 501(c)3 dog rescue. We take owner surrenders and we pull from local shelters. We, like so many others, are just trying to make a difference.
