My name is Clay!

Fetch first, couch cuddles second. Hey there, I’m Clay, and I`m large and in charge, but mostly in charge of stealing your heart. I’m already neutered and ready to settle into my forever home. I’m a big, sweet, playful guy who loves fetch, dog friends, attention, and especially a good butt scratch (seriously, don’t stop). I can be a little unsure with new people at first, so I’ll need slow introductions, but once I know you’re my person, I’ll stick to your heart like clay once we meet. I’m not a fan of hanging out in my kennel and would much rather be stretched out on a comfy couch beside you. I’d thrive in a home with a private yard where I can stretch my legs and play, and I’d absolutely love another dog to romp around with. I’m not sure how I feel about cats or kids yet, so slow, thoughtful introductions would be best. If you’re looking for a big, loving shadow who wants to fetch all day and snuggle all night, I’m your guy!
