My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Pippa will be ready for adoption on Saturday, February 21.*

Meet Pippa! If you’re looking for that perfect in-between puppy (not too wild, not too shy) Pippa may be your girl. She’s the sweet spot of the litter: playful without being over-the-top, affectionate without being clingy, and confident without stealing the spotlight.

Pippa is a true sweetheart. She enjoys a good romp with her siblings but is just as happy to settle in for cuddles afterward. She has a gentle, easygoing presence that makes her wonderfully adaptable. Whether it’s playtime in the yard, learning a new trick, or curling up beside you at the end of the day, Pippa is simply happy to be included.

We suspect there may be some herding and terrier lineage in her family tree, which means she’s likely to grow into a smart and engaged companion. These breeds are known for their intelligence and loyalty, and Pippa shows a lovely balance of curiosity and connection. She’s attentive, people-oriented, and eager to bond. Pippa would thrive in a home looking for a well-rounded puppy — one who will join in on adventures but also appreciate downtime. With continued guidance, structure, and positive reinforcement, she has all the makings of an incredible lifelong companion.

If you’re searching for a puppy with a steady heart, playful spirit, and sweet snuggles to spare, Pippa might just be your perfect match.

Pippa is a 2-month-old mixed breed who was rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $600 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and spay. Pippa is also tested with other dogs, cats, and children. She is working on potty and kennel training in foster care. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home.

The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.

We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)

Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed.

Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).

For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772, or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned.

Thank you for choosing adoption! If you would like more information about our organization, please visit our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org.
