Hi, I’m Twinkle!
I’m a 6-week-old female Catahoula mix with a loving heart and a personality that shines just as brightly as my name. My two sisters and I were surrendered to the shelter when we were only two weeks old, without our mom. Thankfully, Ruff Road Revival stepped in right when we needed them most and gave us the second chance every puppy deserves.
Soon after, we were introduced to an incredible nursing mama dog who welcomed us without hesitation and raised us as her own. Because of that unconditional love — and the dedication of the people who refused to let our story end too soon — I’ve grown into a happy, healthy pup who is ready to find my forever family.
I’m best described as equal parts playful and snuggly. I love bouncing around with puppy excitement, exploring the world, and playing with my siblings and friends — but once I’ve gotten my energy out, I turn right into a cuddle bug. Curling up next to my people for naps and soaking up affection is truly my favorite thing.
Here are a few things to know about me:
Since I’m still very young, I’m looking for a family ready to guide me as I grow. Puppies require patience, consistency, and lots of love, but in return you’ll gain a loyal companion who will fill your home with joy.
I will be available to go to a foster-to-adopt home starting February 20, 2026, and I can’t wait to meet the people who will become my forever family.

All of our pets are in foster homes, so they would visit our website or social media to find a pet
Submit Application
We have an adoption application online that has to be submitted before any action is taken.
Interview
I, or a team member, interview the potential adopter via phone call and then the foster interviews them as well.
Approve Application
The adopter must be vetted and approved prior to any further steps.
Meet the Pet
If the adopter is local, they would schedule a meet and greet with the foster at this time. If they are out of state, they would video chat.
