My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, there! I'm Willow, and I'm the kind of dog some may describe as a "cat personality." I can act a little aloof when I first meet you (I heard playing hard to get works, right?), but once I warm up to you, you'll see my charming side come out. I love getting praise and pets! Almost more than treats sometimes.

My volunteer friend Arielle says I did really well on my walk with her through the neighborhood. I am a bit wary of men at first, and she's helping me work on overcoming that fear little by little. I LOVE to smell all the great smells on a walk! That's a dog's joy in life.

So if you're looking for the kind of dog who doesn't immediately fawn all over you, but instead you're up for the challenge of earning my love, let's meet!

Thank you, Calhoun's Jewelers, for sponsoring a portion of my adoption fee.
