Rowan is a handsome young gentleman with a soft grey-and-white coat and a thoughtful, gentle expression. At just over a year old, he still has that youthful sweetness while settling into adulthood.
Weighing 6.25 pounds, Rowan is on the petite side and is estimated to reach around 8–9 pounds fully grown. His slim frame gives him a delicate look, but there’s quiet resilience in those bright eyes.
Rowan arrived on February 12 and is ready for a fresh start. He will be neutered prior to adoption and is up to date on vaccines as well as FIV/FeLV negative. Now all he needs is a loving home where he can feel safe and truly thrive.

Cobb County Animal Services was established in 1971. As part of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, we serve the entire county, protecting the residents and animals of Cobb.
The mission of the Cobb County Animal Services Unit is to enforce state laws and county ordinances pertaining to animal control and management; educate the community on responsible pet ownership and wildlife care and provide housing and care for homeless animals, while coordinating their adoptions when possible and humane euthanization when adoptions are not possible.
