My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bora

Bora is a stunning black-and-white beauty with the softest fur and the most soulful eyes. Beneath her gorgeous coat is an incredibly gentle, tender heart just waiting to feel safe again.

Bora came to us from a hoarding situation, and the transition to shelter life has been overwhelming for her. The noise, activity, and constant changes have caused her to shut down. She spends much of her time tucked quietly under her blankets, trying to find a small sense of security in a big, busy world.

Even though she’s scared, Bora still allows gentle pets and leans into kind hands. She has never shown anything but sweetness. It’s clear that she wants comfort — she just needs the right person to help her feel safe enough to blossom.

Bora is urgently looking for a calm, quiet home with a patient and understanding adopter who will give her the time and space she needs to decompress. A low-traffic household without a lot of noise or commotion would be ideal. With consistency, love, and a peaceful environment, we truly believe Bora will come out of her shell and show her full, loving personality.

If you have a soft spot for shy cats and the heart to help one heal, Bora is waiting for you. Sometimes the quietest cats have the most love to give — they just need someone to believe in them.
