My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nutella, born approximately 12/22/2020, is the sweetest swirl of sugar and sass you’ll ever meet.

This gorgeous medium-haired diva is a walking dessert with a delightfully nutty twist. Nutella lives to be the star of the show — front and center at mealtime, supervising snack distribution, and making sure her fan club (that’s you) understands her VIP status.

Nutella is a vibrant, radiant extrovert who absolutely thrives on attention. She doesn’t just enter a room — she makes an entrance. With her snowy white undercoat highlighting a soft fawn tabby top layer and that long, wispy tail floating behind her like a feather boa, she glides around you as if she’s on a runway. And honestly? She was built for it.

Speaking of built… this special girl sports full polydactyl paws — extra toes on every foot — giving her oversized, star-quality mitts that look like she’s wearing permanent plush slippers. Those fancy feet only add to her charm and make her even more unforgettable.

Personality-wise, Nutella is equal parts affectionate and hilariously silly. She’ll show off for attention, flop dramatically for belly rubs, twirl around your legs, and gaze up at you with sparkling “applaud me” energy. Her bubbly joy is contagious — she radiates happiness and wants to share it constantly.

Nutella is not just a cat. She’s a performance. A cuddle bug. A chatterbox of love. A floating cloud of fluff with superstar paws and a heart full of affection.

If you’re ready for a radiant leading lady who will adore you loudly, proudly, and enthusiastically every single day, Nutella is ready to take center stage in your home.

Adopting from Sheets Pet Adoption is simple! Request an application, answer a few follow-up questions, then when your application is approved, we set up a meet-greet. The application helps us guide you to your best match. If we do not have your best match, we can refer you to other great rescue groups.

Write petadoptions@sheetspetclinic.com for application. Or you can find a printable application on our website under the Adoptions tab.www.sheetspetclinic.com

Our adoption fee is $100 for each cat 6 months and older, $150 if you adopt two 6+ month-old cats at the same time. $125 for each kitten, $200 for two kittens adopted at the same time. That fee includes spay or neuter, microchipping (we register the chip for you), testing for FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and/or FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), current, age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment and deworming. All adoptees receive an “exit exam” from one of our veterinarians before going home.

BONUS! Adopt a Sheets Pet Adoption cat or kitten and receive discounted vaccines for the life of your pet! More details on adoption.

NO RISK! Adoption fee is refundable for two weeks to make sure you've found a match for your household. Even after two-week period, we'll take the adopted cat back for any reason.

Come to our adoption fairs, held every second and fourth Saturday at Sheets Pet Clinic (809 Chimney Rock Court, Greensboro, NC, 27409) from 1-3pm, unless the Saturday falls on an observed holiday. At the clinic on those days, you can visit sometimes 40 kittens/cats at one time, interact with them in a quiet environment, spend as much time as you like with them in exam rooms. Foster parents or staff are always on hand to help you make the best match for your household. Watch for announcements on our Facebook page!

Basic responsible pet ownership is annual wellness exams, booster exams, current rabies and distemper vaccines for cats & dogs. Dogs must be on heartworm prevention. Pet cats, inside or outside, must have tested negative FeLV/FIV, and proof of a negative test result is required. Cats and dogs in the household must be spayed or neutered.

The adoption fee is refundable if during the two weeks after adoption you find that the cat isn't a match for your household. We'll assist in finding a better match. Even after the two-week period, we ask that our cats come back to us if the adopter is no longer able to care for the pet.
