My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bhaloo is a sweet, cuddly girl with a gentle heart and so much love to give. She can be very shy when she first meets new people, but with patience and kindness, she becomes a deeply affectionate and loyal companion. Once she feels safe, her cuddly and silly personality really shines.

Bhaloo loves being close to her people. She enjoys flopping over, rolling around playfully, and rubbing against your legs for attention. She will softly meow for pets or treats and happily lounge on your lap. She is usually quiet and calm, but she has a silly, playful side too. Feather wands and catnip toys are her favourites.

Bhaloo forms strong bonds and will often follow you from room to room. Once she chooses you as her person, she becomes very devoted and loving. As she can be nervous around loud noises and unfamiliar visitors, Bhaloo would do best in a quiet home without young children. She would also prefer a female adopter.

Bhaloo is not living with another cat at the moment, but she may do well with a buddy, such as a kitten or a calm cat who likes other cats. Bhaloo is a loving, gentle, and cuddly cat who will reward patience with endless affection and she will be a loyal best friend.

More about this rescue

VOKRA’s mission is to end cat overpopulation and homelessness. We rescue, heal, then place cats - first in our network of foster homes, then in carefully matched, loving, forever homes. We are a passionate, volunteer-driven charity with extensive cat care experience. We believe that no kill is the only responsible approach to rescue, that Trap-Neuter-Return works and that cats are AWESOME!
