Animal Information:Meet Rue, a 1-year-old 50lb lab/hound mix, that is proof that a brown dog can still be unforgettable. Her rich, glossy coat sets her apart, but it’s her personality that really steals the show. Rue is always in a good mood, endlessly sweet, and brings the fun wherever she goes. She’s super playful with toys, loves making dog friends (she gets along with everyone), and even does well with cats and kids from what we have been told!
Foster Profile:Rue is settling in with her new foster family and starting to show her playful personality. Rue LOVES to play… fetch is her absolute favorite and boy can she run! She is a smart girl who would love puzzle and engagement games to keep her challenged. Rue is working on learning leash manners and could be a good jogging buddy with time and training. She’s good in her crate all night and working on learning all the basic commands. Rue would be a great fit for an active individual or family and gets along with everyone she’s met so far. We will continue to update her profile as we learn more about her!
Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards, any indicated preventative care, heartworm test, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 organization (ID 81-5101166).
Animal History: This dog was transferred from Bandera Animal Control in partnership with Saving Shelter Strays in Texas.
