Though their little crew had clearly been fending for themselves, Ludo has remained in good spirits and is so grateful to be safe. Like his buddy, Ludos coat is currently matted and in need of a good grooming session, but beneath the tangles is a handsome pup just waiting to shine. Pets & Pals has been serving the community for over 20 years. We are a no-kill shelter. Our facility is extremely clean and well managed. The dogs are allowed to get out of their cages daily on a rotating basis to play in our outdoor areas complete with swimming pools!
