Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Gawain, a handsome short-haired gray kitty with soft light green eyes and a look that’s equal parts wise gentleman and affectionate goofball. But the first thing you’ll notice—besides his sweet face—is that Gawain has no tail. This unique feature only adds to his charm and makes him all the more special and unforgettable.
Gawain is a devoted head-butter and believes that everything exists for one very important purpose: to be rubbed with his head. People? Absolutely. Other cats? Of course. Dogs? Yes, please. Furniture? Obviously. If it’s nearby, it’s getting a loving head bump. This is his way of showing affection, claiming his space, and connecting with the world around him.
He’s a friendly, social boy who enjoys companionship and being part of daily life. He gets along well with other cats and dogs and would do wonderfully in a home where he has friends—human or animal—to share his affection with. His gentle, easygoing nature makes him a comforting and pleasant presence.
Gawain does benefit from some regular brushing to keep his coat looking its best. While grooming might not be his favorite pastime, he tolerates it well and appreciates the care. It’s also a great opportunity to bond with him, and he’ll happily reward you with head bumps and loving attention.
His tailless little body, affectionate personality, and constant desire to connect make him truly one of a kind. Gawain isn’t just looking for a home—he’s looking for someone to love, to lean on, and to share his endless supply of gentle affection.
If you’re ready for a loyal companion who will greet you with head bumps and quiet devotion every day, Gawain is waiting to meet you.
