My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Archer is a 6-year-old, 18-pound sweetheart with a gentle heart and a deep love for people. He enjoys playtime, gets along fine with other small dogs, and thrives on connection.

He came to us in what everyone was hoping would be a temporary stay, but sadly his person passed away and no family could take him in, turning his world upside down in an instant. Through it all, Archer has remained loving, trusting, and full of affection.

We can’t say enough good things about him. He is an absolute star and would be a perfect addition to any family. If you have been thinking about giving a rescue pup a second chance, you must meet Archer. We are located in Agua Dulce, CA (Santa Clarita Valley). We do require visits here to our rescue and in-person home che ks for all adoptions.

More about this rescue

Brittany Foundation is a non profit charity which rescues, rehabilitates, provides housing, and searches for new homes for homeless dogs. We focus on rescuing the harder-to-place dogs, such as pit bulls, chow chows, and older or special needs dogs. We have been successful in placing all types of dogs into loving homes. We are a no-kill facility and dogs stay with us until they are adopted. If they are not adopted, they have a home with us for the remainder of their lives.
