History: 🧡 From Texas to Midwest 🤠—- A group of deserving dogs was recently welcomed as part of our Texas Transport Program! A program launched to make an impactful difference for our partner shelters in Texas facing the overpopulation of animals with limited resources and low adoption rates. We are excited to help these southern gems find loving forever homes to call their own!
A Note from the Foster: If happiness came in an 8-pound package, it would be Teddy.
This tiny Texas sweetheart is cute as a button with the most irresistible little face — and when he’s excited (which is often), he practically wiggles right out of his body. His whole back end gets involved, and his tail does not stop wagging. Ever. It’s impossible not to smile when you see him.
We think he might be a Shepherd mix… but honestly, at 8 pounds of pure adorable, who even knows? What we do know is that he has the happiest, sweetest disposition. Teddy loves toys, loves other dogs (big or small!), loves kids, and absolutely loves to snuggle.
Despite being so little, he’s confident and easygoing. He’s super chill and quiet in the house, sleeps soundly all night, and is doing such a great job going potty outside. He doesn’t even seem to mind the cold — he just trots along like the tiny, brave little buddy he is.
Teddy is the kind of pup whose tail, heart, and whole little body are always in motion with joy. If you’re looking for a teeny, adorable best friend with the happiest little spirit and unconditional love to give, Teddy is your guy 💙
