Meet Daisy!

Daisy is a darling 1-year-old white Chihuahua with the softest little eyes and the sweetest personality to match. Shes a tiny girl who clearly needs to put on a few pounds, but what she lacks in size she more than makes up for in heart.

This little lady loves to be held. In fact, when we were getting her ready for her photo shoot, we didnt even bother with a leash she was perfectly content being carried and snuggled. Daisy thrives on affection and will happily reward you with gentle little kisses. Shes incredibly sweet and people-oriented, but dont let her petite frame fool you. Daisy has just the right amount of confidence. If another dog gets a little too pushy or forgets their manners, shes perfectly capable of letting them know politely but emphatically to knock it off. Good girl, Daisy!

Our adoption process takes several steps and cannot be completed in one day. All of our volunteers work full time and assist the rescue in their spare time. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.

* Applicants must be willing to make a ten plus year commitment to their new family member.

* Applicants must commit to daily exercise, walks, trips to the dog park or play in the back yard. A well exercised dog is a happy well behaved dog!

* Applicants living in a rental property must provide proof of pet policy from landlord.

* Applicants must provide a veterinarian reference and if there are existing dogs in the household. All pets must be spayed/neutered and current on all shots and heartworm medication.

*Please allow at least a 7-14 day adjustment period for your new dog. Rescue dogs go thru a lot of changes and need a few days to get used to their new surroundings and adjust. Adopting a dog should be a serious commitment, so please be willing to work out the kinks. Our dogs aren't perfect but with proper training and guidance they make awesome, loving pets.

*Our adoption fees vary based on the age and medical needs of the dogs.

Our mission is provide rescued dogs another chance to find their forever homes. We rescue from high kill shelters, hoarding situations, and from families in crisis.

We are a private, nonprofit, all breed, no-kill dog rescue.
