Colby melts hearts faster than grilled cheese. Colby is an outgoing, goofy, and playful boy who is ready to find his forever home! Colby was brought to ECCHA as a surrender and is looking for a gouda family. He lives to play with toys of all kinds! He also loves booty scraches, helping you with any yardwork you might have and is a master at head tilts. Colby is a bit scared of thunderstorms and fireworks but he will try his best to be brave for you! He has been around other cats and dogs before but he tends to play rough according to his past family. We still encourage a slow introduction to anyone you may have at home. Colby would do best in an active home where he can run, swim, and watch for danger to his family from windows. Are you ready to melt for Colby?

Visit www.eccha.org to complete our application online by clicking on a specific pet or the generic dog/pup or cat/kitten.

Approve Application

We will review your application and ask questions to help you and your family find the best fit. You will receive emails to keep you updated

Meet the Pet

Approved applicants will be contacted to schedule a meet and greet either at the shelter or with the foster family.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Your application is approved, your pet is picked, you are ready to adopt. Sign our contract and pay the adoption fee to bring your pet home.
