Buttons came from a severe animal hoarding situation, where she did not receive the individual care and attention every cat deserves. This sweet girl has a wonderful temperament and fits beautifully into a variety of homes. She does great with other cats, kids, and even gets along well with dogs. Buttons is social, adaptable, and thrives in a loving environment where she can soak up attention and companionship. Buttons is ~1.5 year old, spayed, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and in great health. She does a great job of keeping her litterbox tidy. All she needs now is her forever home!
Buttons is currently in Houston, Texas but can be transported to the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, Colorado, or locations along their route.

ROSES (Reducing Overpopulation: Spay/Neuter Education & Support) exists to conduct outreach, community education, fundraising, and service navigation to encourage spay/neuter for dogs and cats in overpopulated communities.
"ROSES Rescues" is an offshoot of this mission that helps the strays, rescue transfers, and owner surrenders that our volunteers and partners encounter and need help matching with forever homes.
We are located in Houston, Texas and are a FULLY foster-based rescue with no physical shelter location. We proudly transport our kitties to wonderful adopters in the Northeast, Pacific Northwest, Colorado, and locations along those routes, so please feel free to check out our pets and see if we have a transport spot close to you!
