Soybean is a shy, sensitive boy who just needs a little time and patience to truly shine. Having only known life outdoors, he’s still learning that the indoor life can be safe, cozy, and full of love. With a calm environment and a compassionate adopter, Soybean has all the potential to blossom into a devoted companion.
He would do best as the only cat in the household. After navigating the world on his own, Soybean appreciates having his own space where he can feel secure and not have to compete for attention.
One of Soybean’s favorite pastimes is window watching. Give him a comfy perch and he’ll happily spend hours observing birds, squirrels, and the world going by. He’s also a big fan of “cat TV” those entertaining videos made just for curious kitties like him! It’s one of the easiest ways to win his heart.
While he may be shy at first, Soybean is accepting of gentle pets and affection. As he grows more comfortable, those quiet petting moments can become something truly special. There’s something incredibly rewarding about earning the trust of a cat like Soybean.
If you’re patient, kind, and willing to give a deserving boy the time he needs to adjust, Soybean could be your perfect companion, a quiet presence, a watchful friend, and a sweet soul ready for a fresh start.

Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. We will discuss additional details with potential adopters once we have an application on file.
For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. We are located in an overpopulated area surrounded by high-kill shelters.
Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and flea/tick prevention.
