Clancy is a 5-year-old orange domestic shorthair. He is vaccinated and neutered! He came to our shelter alongside his beloved brothers—Rudy, Jambalaya, and Felix—and it has been a joy caring for this sweet little family.
Among his brothers, Clancy is the most introverted. While the others may be more outgoing, Clancy prefers the peaceful side of life. He enjoys spending time with his reserved brother, Rudy, and feels the most comfortable in calm, low-key environments. When things get a little too loud or chaotic, Clancy will politely excuse himself and retreat to his litter box.
That said, Clancy adores gentle affection. A soft head scratch and some one-on-one time with you will win his heart. He may be shy, but beneath that timid exterior is a loving companion just waiting to feel safe and secure. We recommend that he be adopted with a feline buddy or into a home with a friendly, confident cat already waiting for him.
Clancy may be the type to leave the party early rather than stay and mingle, but with patience, love, and a steady friend by his side, Clancy has lots of potential!
