Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mara is a beautiful 3-month-old pointer mix from the same litter as Lindy and Mack, and she shares their gentle nature and tender heart. This sweet girl can be a little shy in the shelter environment, where all the unfamiliar sounds and activity can feel overwhelming, but with patience and kindness, her loving personality truly begins to shine.
Mara would thrive in a home with another friendly dog who can help show her the ropes and build her confidence as she grows. She’s best suited for a family with older kids who understand how to be calm, gentle, and respectful with a young puppy. Mara is looking for a loving person or family who will nurture her, guide her, and help her learn that the world is a safe and happy place.
As she grows, Mara will be an active pup who needs regular exercise, playtime, and basic training to help her become her best self. A fenced yard would be ideal so she can safely explore, run, and enjoy her puppyhood.
With love, patience, and encouragement, Mara will blossom into a devoted, sweet companion who will fill her forever home with joy and unconditional love.
