Mochi is a sweet 2-year old female Extra-Toes/Hemingway Polydactyl kitty who was brought to the HSOV on January 15, 2026 by a Good Samaritan who found her on Big Run Road in the Beverly Ohio area. Mochi was not wearing a collar, and she was not microchipped.
Mochi has a gray marbled tabby shorthaired coat, extra toes/thumbs on her front paws, a long tail, and a beautiful face with dark golden eyes, a splash of white on her muzzle, a gray/pink nose, and long white whiskers.
This little sweetheart has an affectionate, easygoing personality. Mochi loved being held in HSOV Lead Feline Kennel Tech Lauryn Hamilton's arms for her glamour photos (and to show off her cute front paws with extra toes/thumbs) on January 21st 2026.
Mochi was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on February 5, 2026. She weighs 7.6 lbs and is a fairly small kitty.
Mochi's left ear was tipped when she arrived at our shelter (which would signify that she has been spayed) ... And which also means that she could leave our shelter immediately with an approved HSOV adoption application.
She is a lovely young lady who will surely be a wonderful companion and faithful friend to whomever gives her a loving home.
