This helps Little Orphan's Animal Rescue, Inc. with pet care costs.
Look at this gorgeous girl! This is Opal. Her coloring and markings are so striking and her ocean blue eyes just pull you in. She is a very calm and sweet adult cat, although still a bit reserved when you first approach her. However, when approached "softly" she is all in for company. She loves to be loved on, and will begin to lean in and purr after a minute or two. Opal is open to affection from any of our volunteers, but she is not demanding or vocal about it, but very appreciative of all she can get. Opal is starting to become more confident with volunteers and other cats. She came to us (with three others) when her person passed away and the family was unable to keep all of the cats. She has lived with other cats, so seems fine with cats, although not exceptionally bonded to any of her housemates. We think she would do good with another mellow cat like herself, or happy to be your one and only.
Opal was recently spayed and is now up to date on vaccinations and general vetting. She is new to our shelter so we will update her information as she settles in a bit more.
All of our kitties have s/n completed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. If you'd like to meet any of our great cats/kittens please submit an online adoption application at littleorphans.org. Please give our Adoption Team time to process all the info. The more complete your application is, determines how quickly we are able to process your application. Please try to give your vets office (give prior authorization to release information to us as most require this now), landlord, and references a heads up to expect our call.
