Romeo is about an 8 week puppy that weighs probably around 10lbs. He is going to be the biggest lovebug when full grown, ready to be the perfect weighted blanket for you. He LOVES food and is working on several commands already like sit, down and touch for recall. He is learning to sit and be calm for pets, snacks and to be let out of the pen. Compared to his sister, he is a much calmer puppy. We are slowly working on crate training and he is doing pretty well, we just need to increase the time and how often. He is also getting the hang of going outside to potty when given the opportunity and on our routine. He has been around quite a few kids and does ok with being handled. He does not love baths BUT tolerates them pretty well (unlike his sister 😅) He really is just the sweetest, most handsome little puppy and I absolutely adore him.
All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Puppies adopted under the age of five months require a spay/neuter contract, and all dogs are required to be spayed by six months unless otherwise medically noted. Our dogs are currently on heartworm preventative. Puppies receive 3 to 4 rounds of vaccinations depending on their age, and adults receive two rounds unless they've been with us longer than a year, in which case they receive the booster update.
