Pho is a brand new little face at FDHS, and she came to us after being found abandoned at Independence Dam State Park in pretty rough shape. Her skin and coat showed clear signs of long term neglect, and it’s obvious she hasn’t had the easiest start.
The surprising part? You would never know it.
Pho is hardly more than a puppy herself and is a complete ray of sunshine. From the moment she arrived, she’s been sweet, gentle, and so eager to connect. She greets other dogs with happy nose boops and a tail that doesn't stop wagging. And that little smile? It’s perfect.
She has been an absolute angel for her caregivers and we are all obsessed with her. Her beautiful coat will take some time to fully grow back in, but she’s already blossoming with proper care, good meals, and kindness.
Pho is officially searching for her forever family, and we know whoever takes a chance on this little lady is going to be incredibly lucky.

*Vet reference- will call vet and verify you are a client
*Current pets- must be up to date on vaccinations
*If renting- will contact landlord to verify can have pets
