Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Loveable and Tiger, two orange boys with big hearts who are looking for a patient home to start their next chapter together. These bonded best friends rely on each other for comfort and will need a little time to decompress, build trust, and feel safe in their new environment. Shelter life has been tough on these shy guys, and they’ve had a hard time adjusting. Because of this, they may come across as shy and fearful at first, but with patience, understanding, and a calm home, they have so much love to give. The key to their hearts is simply time, kindness, and letting them move at their own pace.
Loveable and Tiger have lived with other cats before and may do well with additional feline friends with a proper, slow introduction. They have no known experience with kids, so any introductions should be very slow and respectful of their comfort level. A quiet, calm, and patient home will help them feel safe enough to blossom. These sweet orange boys will also benefit from a gentle weight loss journey to help them stay healthy and feel their best. With the right home, supportive care, and lots of encouragement, they can thrive. If you’re someone who believes the shy and sensitive ones deserve a chance, Loveable and Tiger are waiting for you. These two sweethearts just need a calm, loving home where they can finally relax and be themselves together. 🧡🐾

The first step in our adoption process is to submit an adopter profile through our website. We then encourage you to visit PARL at 34 Elbow Street and get to know the animals we have available. You do not need an appointment, and we invite you to visit us often. PARL’s goal is to assist you in finding your best match for a lifelong companion.
When you arrive, you’ll sign PARL’s visitor log, and staff will direct you to PARL’s cat rooms, small animal spaces, or dog kennels (depending on your preference.) We encourage you to spend time outside with the dogs, or petting our cats and small animals. Please ask questions -- that's why we're here.
If you don't find what you are looking for the first time, please come see us again! Chances are that we will have some new furry friends available for adoption, and one of them might be purr-fect for you!
