Their adoption process
You will receive the dog's Vet records via email 7-10 days after adoption. You will receive the dog's microchip info and rabies tag (if appropriate) via USPS about 2 weeks after adoption.
Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationApplication and more info may be found at: peaklabrescue.com/adopt. Please allow 24 hours for your application to be reviewed.
- Meet the PetIf approved, you will be given the foster's contact info. WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. You must come to Apex, NC (near Raleigh) to meet in person.
- Sign Adoption ContractIf it's a match you can take your dog home that day. Our Adoption Fee is $375 and you must complete and sign our Adoption Agreement.
- Take the Pet HomeIf you return the dog within 7 days of adoption you may receive a refund of $300. A $75 administrative fee is required to cover our costs.
