Our Adoption Process
Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our rescue pets. We are honored you’re considering giving one of our animals a loving, lifelong home.
To begin the process, please submit an adoption application. As a volunteer-run organization, there may occasionally be a short delay in response - we truly appreciate your patience.
Please note that our adoptions are not first-come, first-served. Our priority is carefully matching each animal with the home that best suits their personality, needs, and long-term well-being.
As part of our adoption process, we:
• Review all applications thoroughly
• Check veterinary and personal references
• Conduct a home check (in person or via video call) for every adoption
• Require landlord approval for renters
• Ensure all current pets in the home are up-to-date on vaccinations and spayed or neutered
Some animals may have specific placement requirements based on age, temperament, or energy level. For example, certain puppies may not be placed in homes with children under five years old for safety considerations.
All adopted animals must be spayed or neutered before adoption is finalized (if not already altered). Adopters must also agree to provide routine veterinary care and responsible lifelong ownership.
If at any time an adopter is unable to keep the animal, the pet must be returned to Bekah’s Blessings Ranch.
Our goal is simple: lifelong, successful placements where both the animal and their new family can thrive.
