Jethro is a handsome neutered male walker hound puppy with personality plus. He and his brothers, Lester and Huckleberry, came to HSEC together. Their mom was adopted from another agency and when her new parents got her home she was pregnant. Fortunately, the owners of the momma dog took great care of the puppies until they were ready to come to the Humane Society.

Jethro is a hound through and through. He is happy go lucky, a slave to his nose, and has that pitiful hound dog look (you know the one that makes humans give him treats) down to a science.

Many people think that hounds are just for hunting, but that is far from the truth. Hounds are smart and resilient and make great family pets.
