My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Romeo, and I hope that the renewal of spring will bring me a new home with you! I am border collie lab mix - altho' I am not 100% border collie, I am 100% friendly and loving! I am about 10 months old and so friendly that I just walked into a building and went from room-to-room making new friends. I tried to order an espresso at the coffee bar (it was cold out there in February!) and that is when they had enough of me and called someone to take me away. Fortunately, the lady who came to take me away could see what a sweetheart I am, and she didn't have it in her heart to turn me over to the dog warden. So here I am, telling you my story and hoping you will fall for me just the way she did. I have been checked out by the vet and am heartworm negative. Except for being a bit thin, I am healthy and so the vet gave me all my shots. After a few good meals I will weigh about 55-60 pounds. I get along with other dogs, and just want a family that will love me and play with me and keep me safe so that I won't find myself on the street again. Because I am part border collie, I am very smart and have lots of energy!
