Meet Leo! He’s the sweetest calmest cat you’ll ever meet. He’s docile, affectionate and so very soft and silky. He was born under our shed last summer from a stray cat who appeared to be a long haired seal point Siamese. We managed to capture his mom and all the other kittens and get them to the shelter but Leo escaped. Slowly we’ve coaxed him in and found his easy going nature to be so lovely. He loves to purr and snuggle, lets kids& strangers pet him. He is extremely gentle and calm. We have known cat allergies in our family but because he’s been so sweet we’ve unsuccessfully tried all the things to manager our human allergies- special foods, allergy meds etc. Sadly our human allergies are in the way of keeping him forever and we must find a new home for him. Someone will be so so lucky to have this sweet wonderful companion cat. He’s truly the best.

Nova is a brave little fighter with a heart full of love and a personality that shines brighter than her name. She has been through SO much! She was rescued after being found in the mouth of a raccoon. She didn’t have any puncture wounds but suffered a back injury. She has two tightly compressed discs, which caused complete paralysis of he back legs. We had hoped for more significant movement to be regained, but there has only been a slight improvement. She requires her bladder expressed daily. Nova loves to play “stealth mode,” sneaking around corners to surprise the older cats. She’s clever, adventurous, and always keeps her foster family smiling. She also learned to use ramps so she can climb up to the couch, where she happily burrows into soft blankets for naps. When it’s time to recharge, Nova retreats to her cozy Furhaven bed, but she also loves snuggles, car rides, and spending time with her foster family. Nova does have special needs. Due to her back injury, she likely won’t regain use of her back legs, and she will need to wear diapers for life. Her daily routine consists of bathing, powdering, and occasionally cream for her diapered areas (sometimes several times a day), physical therapy exercises, red light therapy, playtime, and lots of snuggles. She doesn’t let any of this slow her down one bit; she climbs, zooms, and plays like any other kitten. She simply needs a forever family who is willing to continue the care routine she’s used to. Nova is 1 year old, healthy, happy, off all medications, and officially ready for her forever home.   Cece is a beautiful tortie point Siamese. She has a sweet voice and she loves to chirp. She loves to be snuggled and loved. She has a loud purr as well.   Legend was rescued off the streets in a rough area of Denver. He was found living in an alley under a piece of wood. No owner could be found. Luckily we were able to take him in and had all his scrapes fixed up. He turned out to be a really good, sweet cat. Now he just wants to find a loving home so he doesn’t have to live outdoors. He loves attention, getting rubbed and loved on. Legend loves his wet food. He would make a great buddy for someone. DOB September 2023.   Please read TopHat’s full bio before applying — this exceptionally handsome boy has some lifelong special needs that will require the right home.TopHat was born approximately June 12, 2026, and lost his mother and all of his littermates to severe illness when he was just a tiny baby. He miraculously survived, but his early illness left him with some permanent balance and coordination difficulties. His crossed eyes may contribute as well.On the ground, TopHat’s wobbles are barely noticeable. He walks, runs and plays like any other energetic kitten. His limitations become much more apparent at heights. He is getting braver and has learned to claw his way onto couches, beds and cat trees, but his balance once he gets there isn’t great. He can fall easily and, importantly, does not reliably land on his feet.TopHat needs a home willing to keep his safety in mind while still giving him plenty of opportunities to play and explore. Low, sturdy climbing options and protection from dangerous falls will be important throughout his life. He may continue to get stronger as he grows, but his condition is stable and should be considered lifelong rather than something he is expected to outgrow.TopHat is neutered, vaccinated, very friendly and full of energy. As a bottle baby, he loves people, and he would likely enjoy another playful cat in his home. A home that can safely accommodate his balance limitations, however, is the highest priority.And for anyone wondering: his climbing skills make him very unlikely to ever become a countertop cat.
