Story
This pet was brought in as a stray and will NOT be available for adoption through our program. All stray animals brought in are posted on the gallery to hopefully be reunited with their families. Each pet is evaluated upon arrival, and throughout their stay, at the Animal Center and we do our best to place the animal in the setting most appropriate for them. Sometimes, they may be better served through one of our Transfer Partners due to the intervention needed, ongoing care required or a quieter setting for that individual. We want our animals to put their best paw forward. If you are a 501c3 rescue and are interested in partnering with WCAC to help this pet, and others, you can find more information on how to help at: https://www.wakegov.com/departments-government/animal-services/community-partners/transfer-program If this is your pet, please contact us immediately at AnimalCenter@wake.gov Primary Color: Pointed- Seal Weight: 3.63 Age: 0yrs 3mths 0wks

Story
Icy is an 11 year old Lynx Point Siamese, (snow tiger). She is a sweet girl who likes to curl up on your lap but prefers not to be handled excessively. She likes to sleep with her humans, but on her terms, so keep the bedroom door adjar. She's intelligent, playful, mischievous, talkative, observant and determined. When she has her sights set on something she wants, she'll let you know, and will keep letting you know until you finally understand! She has her claws but is NOT an outdoor cat. She's not crazy about vet visits so you will need your vet to prescribe a nice anxiety med before you go.
