Story
Quiet, Patient Home Needed for Sensitive Girl 🐾 We are looking for a very special home for our sweet but extremely skittish girl. She is not aggressive and has never bitten or scratched, but she is very sensitive and startles easily. She will clearly let you know when her boundaries have been crossed (usually by retreating or giving warning body language), so she needs someone who understands and respects feline cues. She would do best in a calm, predictable environment ideally: -No children -No dogs -Minimal noise and visitors She needs a patient person who is willing to move at her pace and allow trust to build slowly. Once she feels safe, she enjoys existing near her person, and playing with her toys, but she is not a pick up and cuddle right away cat. For vet visits, she will require a gentle but strategic system to safely guide her into a carrier (such as using a small room setup), as she is very difficult to handle when frightened.

Story
Hello! I'm Luckee Pye and I came to PAC when my person passed away. He loved me a lot and for a long time and I do miss him but I am ready to find another person to live our my days with! I am a 13.5 year old boy and I have pages and pages of medical records, I was well cared for! I am chatty and I like to be up high. I was too much of a big boy for a condo so now, I have my very own room! I don't seem to mind much as long as I am the center of attention! *If you can see me, I'm still available! We prefer initial adoption steps to be done via email, this way we can answer any time of day. We also prefer an application submitted before scheduling a visit, but it's not required, an email conversation is great! If you don't have access to email, no worries. Please call 401 680 7591. We differ from other shelters by offering a one-on-one experience between you, our staff and the animal or animals you've chosen to become a new family member! Please email pacadoptions@providenceri.gov or adoptions@friendsofpaccc.org *
