Story
Honey is a "Velcro dog." She is incredibly loyal, sweet, and perfectly well-behaved inside the house. She is 39 pounds and looking gorgeous. She is house-trained, non-destructive, and has a natural "off-switch" in the home. She walks well with balanced dogs and is highly responsive to training. Honey wants a job or an active owner who understands her breed. Honey is a people-person! While she is shy in new environments, she quickly becomes a cuddle-bug. She takes her treats with a soft mouth. She is currently fostered with junior-high-aged children. Like many athletic types, she can be a bit rambunctious on a leash when she sees other dogs, so she’ll appreciate a home that continues to reinforce her leash manners and gives her the space she needs to build trust. She has successfully coexisted with other dogs in the home. We are working with the local shelter to get her up to date on her vaccinations. She is ready for her forever home.

MEET BRIE, an adorable but scared 2-year-old French Bulldog/Basenji mix in need of a foster or forever home. Brie is currently housed with her brother Franco, who looks a lot like her and is also scared. We think it's best that they are separated, though, as it should help them. They each weigh about 35 lbs. (Their paperwork may say shepherd mix but they both have Frenchie ears.) Both of them are timid/scared of new people, so they need adopters who can be patient and let them come out of their shells and bond to you. Brie is adorable and a wonderful medium size. She is currently in Southern California. Please email for an application.
