PILGRAM SPUDS WILL BE ADOPTED THROUGH AN APPLICATION ONLY. THE APPLICANT WILL BE CONTACTED AFTER APPROVAL.Pilgrim Spuds is a Basset Hound that was surrendered by his owner after having two surgeries to remove foreign bodies that he had ingested.He is a sweet dog, good with all ages and other dogs, but we are recommending that he go to a home with adults who will make sure his environment is clear and safe. His date of birth is 12/18/24 and he currently weighs 41 pounds.Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Every pet available for adoption is current on shots spayed/neutered, and microchipped. You may submit an application online for pre-approval and to set an appointment or you can visit the shelter Wednesday - Sunday from 11am - 5pm. Please note that the kennels close for pet viewing at 4:30pm.

Oreo ( female ) Oreo walks great on leash, no hesitations, just ready to go! She is VERY people friendly, and has so much love to share! She loves playing, with her pups, and with toys, and she loves to adventure! The more she can see and smell, the happier she is! She did really good about sitting or standing still for her pictures, it didnt take her long at all! She was a little curious about Karen the cat when she ( Karen ) ran past, but she didn't jump or chase after her. She walked behind, sniffed a second, then came back to me! She is very sweet, and let's be honest, you've got to have patience to put up with being dressed like a doll !
