Colin is a he is as sweet as they come. He was found standing in the middle of a highway and has been safe while waiting for his next chapter- now he's ready to find a home of his own. Colin is friendly with strangers, does well with other dogs, and even gets along nicely with cats. He enjoys being around people and has spent time with children ranging from elementary age to teens. He has a playful side and will happily trot around with his animal friends, ears flopping behind him. He's still working on house training, but he's young and eager, and with consistency he should catch on quickly. Like any good hound, he sometimes follows his nose first and asks questions later, but that just adds to his charm. Colin is a gentle, affectionate boy who just needs someone with a little time and patience to help him settle in and become the wonderful little buddy he's meant to be.

Meet Charlie, a 9 month old basset puppy with all the trademark floppy ears, beautiful eyes, and silly puppy charm. He's adorable, curious, and smart. He LOVES other dogs and has not been around cats. He was surrendered for a resource guarding incident in a home with children, so we're looking for a home with experience handling resource guarding and training young dogs. He will need patient, consistent work and clear structure to help him learn that his things are safe and people can be trusted. A home without young children is necessary to keep everyone safe while he's learning. Underneath those behaviors he's a sweet, loving puppy who wants to bond with his people. In the right environment with training and management, we're sure he can blossom into the little buddy he's meant to be. If you have the time, experience, and heart to help him grow, he'd be pretty excited to hear from you.

Meet our Ninja Turtle litter! These nine babies are the result of an accidental pairing between a beautiful Basset mom and Lab dad who could probably run his own obedience class. These pups were born in rural Oklahoma, and the person who had them chose to let us help find them homes so they can grow up as safe, spoiled, well loved house dogs. At around 7 weeks old, they're just getting started, so we're still learning their individual personalities. With Lab brains and Basset silliness in the mix, we expect affectionate, curious pups with that classic hound charm. Whether you're team Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, or Michelangelo, we’ve got you covered. Maybe you want someone with a bad guy name but a good dog personality? We've got that too! Pizza not included, but highly recommended- Puppy kisses guaranteed.

This is our hot dog litter! We've named them after hot dogs because they're long, warm, portable, and you feel better when you're holding one. These five hound puppies were found abandoned- dumped in a playpen outside, by someone who apparently didn't care what happened to them. Now, they are safe- and just beginning to learn what love feels like. They are about 8 weeks old, with four boys and one girl. They arrived unsure of people, but they're getting braver! They're starting to lean in a little more, stay close a little longer, and are slowly discovering that being held can be a good thing. This gorgeous girl has cherry eye- a relatively common eye issue that is easily corrected with surgery and she will be seeing a vet soon to discuss options. These pups are ready for someone patient, gentle, and kind to show them that people can be good and they can be themselves. When has a hot dog ever been the wrong choice?
